Program Manager – Crisis Center
This position will serve as a dynamic leadership figure, primarily orchestrating the functions of staff during their shifts to ensure a harmonious and effective operation. The person will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a safe, structured, and compassionate environment, directly addressing clients’ daily requirements. They are also expected to be a reservoir of knowledge and guidance, providing timely assistance, and acting as a crucial informational source for other shift supervisors. This position is not just limited to the operational side; it is integral for extracting and analyzing data pertaining to the organization’s programming results. Residential Youth Care Supervisor – Crisis Center
The Residential Youth Care Shift Supervisor is a vital leadership role that oversees staff management and orchestrates the daily operations of the 2nd, and weekend shifts, ensuring a safe, caring, and productive environment. As a resident advocate, the supervisor goes above and beyond in ensuring each individual’s needs are addressed. They facilitate personalized sessions, conduct comprehensive intake processes, manage cases, and provide supportive services tailored to each resident. In the event of a crisis, they provide essential management support, offering problem-solving assistance both in person and over the phone.

The Relatives Crisis Center is an organization dedicated to providing a safe and stable environment for youth aged 7-17 in a 24-hour residential facility. We serve youth who have run away from home, are homeless, or are in transition under the care of the Department of Social Services. As a Residential Youth Care Specialist Lead, you will play a vital role in offering support, intervention services, and a sense of belonging to these vulnerable young individuals, helping them navigate through challenging circumstances and empowering them to reach their full potential.
