Work as a part of the Advancement team to strengthen and manage The Relatives’ donor pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and cultivating prospective supporters. Help move annual donors toward multi-year and major-giving opportunities. Leads the annual fund strategy using the Benevon model, overseeing donor cultivation, solicitation, and related communications.
The role collaborates with the Director of Communications, Volunteer Engagement Officer, and Donor Relations Associate to meet annual fund goals and ensure consistent engagement. The position also implements a comprehensive stewardship plan, including the annual report, appeals, and donor communications. All team members are responsible for maintaining accurate donor records and acknowledgements to ensure thoughtful and appropriate donor identification, cultivation, recognition, and stewardship. Additionally, the Philanthropy Officer supports the broader Advancement team as needed.

The Program Case Manager coordinates supportive services for young adults in transition. This may include working with various agencies, providers, faith-based organizations, and individual partnerships. They will develop, implement, and manage the individualized plans for young adults ages 16-24. They will help ensure that young adults are provided with the tools, support, and resources necessary to become self-sufficient. The Program Case Management Supervisor plays a key role in supporting young adults through both strategic leadership and direct involvement. You will set case management direction aligned with organizational goals, mentor case managers, provide TIP Model training, and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Alongside these duties, you’ll manage a caseload of 7-10 clients personally and promote ongoing team development through coaching and feedback. The position also focuses on measuring and achieving program objectives and KPIs, driving impactful outcomes for transitioning young adults.
