The A Way Home Housing Case Manager provides a variety of office and field activities to manage and monitor a rapid re-housing program for pregnant and parenting young adults. Employee will provide direct client services, complete related documentation and implement the TIP Model of case management with housing clients.
Work involves providing supportive services to promote participants self-sufficiency, integration into the community, and permanency in housing, performing administrative tasks involved in the review and maintenance of a caseload of program participants. The principal duties are performed both in a general office environment and in the field and community where program participants reside.
Employment Readiness Specialist

The Employment Readiness Specialist (ERS) serves as the liaison between employers, educational resources, and program participants. The ERS assists young adults in acquiring work experience, vocational training and employment readiness opportunities.
The Employment Readiness Specialist will establish relationships and employment agreements with employers in the community in order to develop employment sites for young adults. This may include presentations to potential employers and participating local community service organizations. Facilitate intern opportunities, job shadowing, paid work experiences, and employment readiness education for program participants. Conduct required assessments to determine employment readiness, employment interests, and current and ongoing skill proficiency. Assess educational needs and interests, and facilitate the development and attainment of educational goals. Maintain accurate and up to date case documentation including performance reporting and analysis.
Residential Youth Care Specialist – PRN

This leadership role is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of The Relatives Crisis Center. The Crisis Center is a Youth Emergency Shelter program, which serves runaway and homeless youth in crisis. The position focuses on providing strategic oversight, ensuring that staff are supported, aligned, and equipped to deliver trauma-informed, youth-centered services in a safe, structured, and compassionate environment.
Rather than engaging in direct service, this role leads through coordination, supervision, and operational management. The individual will oversee the Program Supervisor and Leads, providing clear direction, setting performance expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and professionalism. A key responsibility includes ensuring that all program activities reflect the shelter’s core values and comply with applicable licensing, safety, and child welfare regulations.
