The Relatives is more than a name, to us it’s a responsibility.

Since 1974, Charlotte has looked to The Relatives to be the solution for youth in crisis. We provide youth — who are often homeless or feeling trapped by adversity — with the safety and security they need. Through The Relatives, they can experience well-being, make vital connections with others and begin to move toward a better life. The Relatives steps in and makes the difference like no one else can.

Mission

The Relatives keeps kids safe, families together, and prepares youth and young adults to be healthy, productive, engaged members of the community.
