In-Kind Donations
Thank you for your interest in supporting our youth and young adults with an in-kind donation. The Relatives relies on the generosity of people just like you to help supply the young people we serve with basic necessities.
Every young person served by The Relatives is treated with dignity and compassion. To ensure their needs are appropriately met, please review our in-kind donation guidelines below:
- If you would not give the items you are interested in donating to a young person in your life, then please reconsider donating them to the young people served by The Relatives
- The Relatives serves youth and young adults ages 7-24. Please ensure donated items are age-appropriate
- Please ensure clothing items are either new or gently used, are wearable, and age-appropriate

Fun size snacks, travel size toiletries, and socks and underwear sets can make a big impact at The Relatives. Snack Packs ensure young people struggling with housing insecurity have something to eat when they can’t access the On Ramp Resource Center. While Hygiene Kits can help those without access to showers or laundry feel clean. While a Socks & Underwear Set can give housing-insecure young adults the dignity that comes from access to clean clothes. Putting together Snack Packs and Hygiene Kits for the youth and young adults served by The Relatives is a meaningful and impactful group volunteer activity which can be done in your home, office, school, house of worship, or any gathering space.
