Residential Intake and Referral Specialist

This first-shift position serves as a direct care member of the Crisis Center team while coordinating referrals, admissions, and intake activities during normal business hours. As an in-ratio staff member, this position provides supervision, support, crisis intervention, and engagement to youth residing in the shelter while helping ensure timely access to Crisis Center services.
The Residential and Referral Specialist is is responsible for managing referrals, conducting client screenings, coordinating admissions, assisting with intake documentation, maintaining communication with referral sources, supporting census management, completing post-discharge follow-up calls, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
